• Embroidery I need 2 associates in the morning and 3 at night.
• Laser cutting, I need 2 in the morning and 2 at night.
• Printing I need 2 in the morning and 1 at night.
• Heat press operator – 5 at night time
Embroidery
Job Duties :- Setting up embroidery tajima machines including loading of
garments/letters/numbers and their alignments. • Selecting the thread, fabric, hoops, and
designs appropriate to each project. • Setting up machines and supervising the embroidery
process. • Carefully performing small troubleshooting. • Performing regular machine inspections
and reporting any issues •
Must be able to understand and speak English.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience operating embroidery machines (it’s a must).
At least 2 years of experience “hooping” of garments.
This is a full-time position for the morning shift (7:50am to 4:30pm) and night shift (4:20pm to
1am) Monday to Friday.
Starting rate for morning shift $19/hour and for night shift $20.00/hour
Laser cutting machine operator – (same shifts as mentioned above)
• familiar with cad cut programs and CorelDRAW, will be operating a trotect sp1500 or
ps400 laser machine to cut letters/numbers using twill materials. Training will be
provided.
• Perform typical laser cutting operations using a trotect sp1500 or sp 400 to cut
letters/numbers using twill fabrics
• Select proper cutting programs and proper fixtures.
• Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
• Make proper set ups for cutting operations.
• Perform prescribed maintenance as required.
• Perform all dimensional inspections.
• Dtect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to a supervisor.
• May perform a variety of other tasks as production needs required.
• Must have 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• 1 year of laser operator experience
• Must be fluent in English.

Printing operator job description – same time as above.
• Printing – operating Epson printers,
• Must have 2 years of experience with adobe illustrators/coreldraw
• Prepares, nest, aligns files (such letters/numbers), selects correct pms colors according
to profiles and gets files ready for printing.
• Prepares, aligns, and configures machinery, ink, rollers, and paper. Inspects proof
sheets to evaluate the quality of printing. Adjusts press machinery to meet quality
standards and specifications.

Heat press machine operator
• Able to stand for 8 hours.
• Able to work in a face pace environment.
• Average height
• Middle age if possible

• Sports background preferable
• Candidate will be train to decorate various styles of sports leagues jerseys using a
projector for placement accuracy
