Direct Supervisor: Sector Leadership & Program Manager
About CEE
The CEE Centre For Young Black Professionals is a charity dedicated to addressing economic and social barriers affecting black youth (18-29 years). We offer programs to improve their careers, education and empowerment (CEE) that are holistic, person-centered and culturally relevant. Based in Toronto, we work to strengthen the social service sector in the city by providing training in areas of responsive programming, trauma-informed care and cultural competence to front-line workers.
Position Summary
The CEE Evaluation Assistant will work as part of an integrated team to provide the Sector Leadership department as well as the Program teams with valuable evaluation and metrics to measure CEE’s signature programming conducted throughout the year:
Primary Responsibilities:
● Analyze programming data and determine key findings from member and alumni feedback forms as provided to staff members pre, during and post programs
● Work with the SL & Program managers to develop a reporting framework and templates (as required) to better share these findings
● Input required findings into a central database and/or support with filing / file management by program, department etc,
● Work to support with report preparation utilizing existing and newly analyzed/ compiled evaluation metrics
