Title: Clinical Partnerships Lead
Position: Part Time, Contract April 2021 – March 2022 (with an opportunity for renewal)
Number of hours : 10-20 hours weekly
Reports to: Director, Service Innovation
Location: Toronto (temporarily remote due to Covid 19)

With the Director, Service Innovation, the Clinical Partnerships Lead will implement new resources and technologies into the Kids Help Phone suite of digital offerings.

This role, reporting to the Director of Service Innovation, is responsible for leading the development of new external partnerships to fill in any gaps in our service provision, implement new supports on the Kids Help Phone website, and ensure we stay current with evolving technologies.
What You’ll do
Assist in a gap analysis of our current digital offerings
Lead a national landscape scan to identify potential partners and resources
Identify and steward new partnership opportunities
Build and/or evolve existing external relationships with stakeholders in the youth digital mental health space – both nationally and internationally
Act as a national representative for Kids Help Phone
Liaise with our content development team to adapt any content for our child and youth audiences
What You’ll Need
Education in health promotion/education, mental health, and/or psychology
Strong knowledge of and experience working with digital technologies
Experience in identifying new business opportunities and/or external partnerships across the non-profit and for profit sectors
Strong community engagement experience
You’ll already have the following:
Internal and external collaboration skills, able to juggle multiple competing priorities and balance stakeholder needs
Strong knowledge of and experience working within the Canadian mental health landscape and mental health systems
Research, knowledge translation and/or health communications experience
Experience teaching and/or working with young audiences
Able to champion internal priorities and diverse youth voices to create new services and support
Working knowledge of French preferred
