    Lead Product design

    Managed all aspects of UX/UI, and visual design development, as well as execution and testing UX concepts.
    Developing strong empathy for users helped uncover new and improved use cases and features that users will value and implement them.
    Used agile method to design and validate concepts through rapid user testing.
    Ample enables users to budget and manage their finances intuitively and over 95% of user-test participants stated that they would utilize 2 or more app features frequently.

    Designed an easy-to-use app for a music television show that is inspired by music streaming apps.
    Coordinated design discussions, presented recommendations, and advised clients on content design and strategy.
    Communicated with clients to identify issues, seek common ground between client’s goals and user experience requirements.
    Found potential problems and engineered a user-friendly solution.
    Assessed peers’ work and provided feedback and user centered design suggestions.
    Managed and maintained the company’s visual identity and design standards.
    Created Interactive Prototypes, Mid to High-Fidelity Wireframes and Visual design.

    Advocacy in technology

    UX design

    Designed a responsive web-app platform for mentors and mentees to interact with one another seamlessly.
    Conducted user research to identify what makes mentorship a success to help formulate an effective vetting process. Clients preferred the new system which prioritized matching people based on skill and discipline.
    Mentors appreciated the platform because it integrated well with their busy schedule.
    Deliverables included heuristic analysis of current site, competitive research, personas, site map, Low to High-Fidelity Wireframes.
    Delivered product goal with a team of 6 (4 UX & 2 UI) in a three-week sprint to a happy client.

    Designed an ecommerce app for prewarn clothing using both qualitative and quantitative data.
    Participated in User Research, personas, journey map, Information Architecture, Visual Design.
    Discovered insights and created infographic reports for clients to better understand the competitive nature of the industry and what features/services to highlight to gain a competitive edge.
    Prototyped the high-fidelity wireframes and conducted User Testing for the app.

    UX design

    Consulted clients in the design and development of effective content and promotions while considering the target demographic, brand identity and budget.
    Designed a Mystery box concept which created a new revenue stream of 20% for clients while reducing waste and inventory cost.
    Optimized the designs to reduce overhead costs and decreased development time and cost.
